In addition, the Spokane Tribal Youth Program promotes health and fitness through sport activities such as boxing, wrestling and basketball. A workout area is available to all youth that includes weights and treadmill
Fun outdoor activities are created throughout the year to encourage young people to remain active. Our summer program is the busiest time of the year where many exciting outings and activities are planned along with education, culture and prevention.
